VISION STATEMENT

I have been teaching, learning, and conducting detailed research of Hysteroscopic Surgery for 25 years and am inventor to new technology in the field.

I have had opportunities to speak and teach, demonstrate techniques, and exchange knowledge at conferences and training workshops in India, USA, Australia, Spain, UAE, Nigeria, Canada, Italy, Romania, Turkey, the Chez Republic and Jordan. Frustrations of
working with present day fluid management systems and devices and the complications of
intravasation in hysteroscopy inspired me to explore fluid dynamics inside the uterine cavity.
Consequent to my research, I am an inventor of unique fluid management technologies. This now helps me work towards my goal of making hysteroscopic procedures simpler and safer for the patient and the surgeon.

I strive to include the entire medical industry through debate and collaboration to improve the quality of equipment and thereby make challenging Hysteroscopic surgeries safer. I also envision overcoming current technical difficulties and clinical challenges through increased engagement with practitioners across the world. My long-term aim is to draw-out a consensus on approaches to address the controversies in treatment management protocols and to promote teaching and training.

My special interest is Hysteroscopy in infertility (endometrial pathology) and the post- menopausal group, with a goal to improving diagnosis, patient care and safety. I thrive on intellectual challenges to improve innovation, surgical technique, and research, both in office and that of operative hysteroscopy.

I am an avid reader. I earmark time to work with environmental conservation efforts in India
on a regular basis. I dabble in writing poetry and watercolor-painting. I am a keen bird watcher and spending time in forests rejuvenates me.
